Return and Warranty Service Policy

 

According to amendments to the RA Law on Consumer Rights Protection, the following return and warranty terms apply to tools sold under the EMTOP brand.

 

1. Product Return Policy

The buyer has the right to return a product in good condition:

  • Within 14 days of receiving it, if it has not been used, is in resalable condition, with original packaging, tags, and warranty card intact, and there is proof of purchase from the official EMTOP representative in Armenia – Megahome LLC.

  • A correctly and fully filled warranty card is required for any return.

  • Transportation costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • The product was custom-made or personalized

  • The product has been used, damaged, or no longer retains its original consumer properties

  • The product is part of the Armenian Government’s official list of non-returnable goods

 

2. Warranty Service

Warranty service is provided only with a correctly and completely filled warranty card. It includes free repair of the tool within the warranty period, carried out exclusively at the EMTOP service center.

Warranty conditions:

  • The tool must have been imported by the official EMTOP representative – Megahome LLC

  • The tool must be presented in full, with all parts and accessories it was used with

Warranty does not cover:

  • Replacement of the tool or refund

  • Preventive cleaning

  • Installation and setup

Warranty is void if the damage is due to:

  • Improper or careless use, accidents, mechanical or thermal damage

  • Repairs or modifications by unauthorized persons

  • Foreign objects, liquids, or insects entering the tool

  • Missing or clogged air or fuel filters

  • Use of incorrect fuel or oil (as per technical specifications)

  • Overload-related issues such as deformation, wire melting, carbon brush wear, etc.

  • Power supply or network deviations from official technical standards

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Consumable parts: carbon brushes, belts, gaskets, spark plugs, filters, guide rollers, etc.

Additional terms:

  • The tool may be held for up to 21 working days for inspection and repair

  • If the tool is not picked up within 3 months after repair, Megahome LLC is not responsible and the tool will be considered discarded

These rules are presented in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the internal service regulations of the EMTOP brand.
